A Review of the Age, Growth Characteristics, and Population Resources of Ptychobarbus dipogon in the Middle and Upper Reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River

This paper applies the von Bertalanffy growth equation to study age structure and characteristics of 210 Ptychobarbus dipogon collected in September 2019 middle upper reaches Yarlung Zangbo River employs FISAT II software estimate population characteristics’ parameters. Its aim is provide a basis for conservation resources dipogon. In this study, length catch ranged from 137 mm 475 mm, weight 44.04 g 1142.80 g, minimum was 5 years, maximum 47 years.
